Travel fee is $30 for a standard mobile notary visit within my home zip code.

Ocean Beach, Mission Beach, Point Loma, La Jolla, University City-UTC, Bay Park, Clairemont, City, Mission Valley and the greater San Diego metro area $15 per signature notarized + travel

Travel fee is $55–$65 depending on location. Exact fee confirmed at time of booking.

Real estate loan signings

Flat rate quoted per signing package. May include:

Estate planning packages

Flat rate quoted for full estate planning package notarizations trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advance healthcare directives handled in a single mobile visit. Ideal for estate planning attorneys coordinating on behalf of clients.

Corporate & business notarizations

Volume pricing available for businesses with recurring notary needs. On-site visits to offices, banks, HOA  and corporate facilities. Contact us to discuss a standing arrangement.

Medical & care facility visits

Hospital, assisted living & skilled nursing facilities$100 flat

Includes one notarized signature and travel. $15 per each additional notarized signature.

Please confirm with the facility prior to scheduling. Some facilities require an ombudsman or staff witness to be present. This must be arranged directly with the facility before the appointment.

The maximum fee for each notarial act in California is $15 per signature, as set by Government Code § 8211. Travel fees, printing, scan-back, shipping, and other ancillary services are not notarial acts and are priced separately. All fees are disclosed prior to your appointment.
